About This Online Handbook

This is the official online version of the RSHA Parent & Instructor Handbook. It outlines our most up-to-date policies, expectations, schedules, and procedures for the current academic year. Because it is a living document, it may be updated at any time to reflect changes in safety, scheduling, or administrative policy.

While some parts of this handbook are meant to guide general behavior, other sections are legally binding agreements regarding attendance, payment, and conduct. The flexible nature of our program allows for both structure and adaptability.

Parent and Instructor Agreement

By enrolling or teaching at RSHA, families and instructors agree to the contents of this handbook. This includes understanding:

  • Expectations of student conduct and attendance
  • Expectations of instructors
  • Expectations of parents
  • Tuition and payment responsibilities
  • The flexible but binding nature of certain policies
  • That the handbook may change, and those changes may affect the academic year

All participants will be expected to acknowledge and agree to the handbook’s contents, including updates and changes made throughout the year.

Updates & Communication

Any updates to the handbook will be announced via email before being finalized. Each update will include:

  • What changed
  • Why it changed
  • How it affects the program going forward

This ensures transparency and keeps families and instructors well-informed.
